Privacy Policy

NavSora collects information that visitors choose to submit through forms, such as destination, dates, budget, contact details, and follow-up messages. Planning requests and AI-generated responses are stored to provide the service, support revisions, and allow human review. The AI provider processes the planning content to generate a response, but visitors should not submit passport numbers, payment details, or sensitive personal documents.

Public planning cases require a separate optional permission that is off by default. NavSora removes contact details, reviews the anonymized case before publication, and removes it from public access when permission is revoked from the authorized browser or through a verified support request.

The site may also use Baidu Analytics, Google AdSense, affiliate links, rate-limit records, and security logs. Analytics and advertising scripts stay disabled until a visitor grants consent. Access to stored planning data is restricted to service operations and authorized editorial review.
